We are excited to announce the official launch of the iX Hub! The Hub showcases our award-winning Inspiro iX solution suite.
The Inspiro iX suite comprises five AI-driven platforms designed to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. These include Inference by Inspiro, a GenAI chatbot for live agent support; Interactions by Inspiro, a speech-to-text analytics tool with sentiment analysis; and Simulate by Inspiro, an AI-powered training solution. Additionally, Aigent by Inspiro offers scalable, multi-language voicebot capabilities, while Insights by Inspiro provides analytics supporting Tagalog.
