Job Description:
We’re looking for new teammates who will perform the duties of providing credit report insights. The credit services specialist will focus on handling financial and credit report status. You will manage and protect your customers’ personal credit files, and guide them on their purchasing decisions. Additionally, you will use tools to prevent them from experiencing identity theft.
Responsibilities:
You will accept inbound calls and address customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provides advanced troubleshooting of internet navigation, authentication, billing concerns, and miscellaneous personal computer software. Offers other services to increase membership. Sorts out issues and concerns to avoid customer cancellations.

Qualifications:

- 18 years old and above

- College undergrads of 2-full years of any course

- Senior High School Graduate

- At least 6 months BPO experience

- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work on-site
