Advance Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We’re looking for new talents who will support a wide range of services by answering customer-related queries. The seasonal customer service representative will take in orders and will provide customized assistance to a particular customer. You will process billings/returns, highlight the other services’ offers, and forward complaints to stakeholders for resolutions.

Responsibilities:
You will answer inquiries relating to products, services, and current promotions. Communicates the value of the client brand and benefits of services to potential customers. Verifies if relayed information is accurate and complete in every concern or query. You maintain the confidentiality of your customer’s personal information and remain true to the product’s values by observing the ethics, principles, and standards to deliver quality customer service.
