The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. The 2017 IBAs received entries from more than 60 nations and territories. Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 200 executives worldwide who participated on 12 juries.
The Gold Stevie Award for Management Team of the Year recognizes the merits of SPi CRM’s Leadership Team following a change of ownership in late 2016 to Japan-based investor Relia, Inc. Consequently, the company rebranded as SPi CRM, forging ahead to sustain double-digit growth for the seventh year in a row, and onto a global expansion in Asia and the Americas.
Echoed by the judges, the Leadership Team was praised for proving “successful organizational and management skills,” and likewise commended the company for its “business growth and revenue maximization” amid a critical juncture.
Moreover, the panel was impressed by SPi CRM’s grace and precision in its transition of parent company, attesting: “It speaks for a management team to work through an acquisition so smoothly while still increasing the company’s growth. Inspiring nomination and a team worthy of acclaim.”
