We’re looking for new talents who can engage customers on a human level. The transportation app specialist will serve as a brand advocate to ensure the values of the product are aligned with its purpose. You will determine a sentiment/complaint and provide a good quality of customer service using a certain platform.
You will engage customers on their inquiries 24/7 including weekends and public holidays. Supports customers by providing them with prepared instructions on the app. Navigates multiple windows while using Digital & Live Chat, and making sure to create a safe space for them to be heard.
