Manila, Philippines, October 11, 2017. SPi CRM, a pioneering leader in customer relationship management outsourcing offering voice, chat, email, and social media services today announced that it has garnered a Gold Stevie Award under the Human Resources category in the fourth annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.
The Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards are the only business awards program to recognize innovation in the workplace in all 22 nations of the Asia-Pacific region. The Stevie Awards are widely considered to be the world’s premier business awards, conferring recognition for achievement in programs such as The International Business Awards for fifteen years.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners at a gala banquet at the Hilton Hotel in Tokyo, Japan.
Nominated for its CORE program (Creating Opportunities to Retain and Engage), SPi CRM was crowned with a Gold Stevie in the Human Resources Management, Planning & Practice category for the successful conceptualization and implementation of a framework to support and address employees’ holistic needs in career and personal development.
Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 50 executives around the world acting as judges.
“We are very pleased that this program continues to grow in entries and prestige,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. “The judges were very impressed with the stories of achievement submitted by organizations throughout the region. We extend our warmest congratulations to all of this year’s Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners.”
SPi CRM President and CEO Maulik Parekh hails the latest achievement: “We are deeply honored to be recognized in this year’s Stevie Awards. At SPi CRM, we take pride in our culture of excellence which drives results for clients and more importantly, for our people.
“As an organization, we strive to take care of our employees and nurture their potential, in the belief that they will extend this same care to our client’s customers. We are so elated that our employee engagement program has won such a high honor, and the validation of our commitment to our employees is more than reward enough,” Parekh adds.
SPi CRM also reaped a Silver and a Bronze Stevie in the Company/Organization, and Marketing categories. The company slogan “Cultivate. Retain. Maximize.” and brand identity “Team Purple” were each distinguished for Excellence in Innovation in Business Product & Service Industries, and Innovation in Brand Renovation/Re-branding, respectively.
