Responsible for screening incoming calls and transferring them to the right department based on the customer’s concern while delivering high customer satisfaction and individual results.
Answers inbound calls, gathers details, probing for necessary information and making sure they are directed to the right department
Verifies if information relayed is accurate and complete to properly address the customer’s concerns and queries
Creates value by providing quality customer service in every call performed by applying phone ethics, principles and standards.
- 18 years of age and up
- At least 2 years in college or completed 72 units
- Excellent English communication skills
- With or without work experience
- *High school graduates with at least 6 months call center experience handling international accounts are welcome to apply.
