We need individuals who can provide answers to inquiries relating to the company’s products and services, assist customers with transactions and complaints, have the ability to work under pressure, maintain an energetic tone that projects politeness and enthusiasm throughout the shift, able to multi-task and are flexible to do overtime as needed.
Answers inbound inquiries relating to products, services and current promotions Communicates and explains the value of the client brand and benefits of services to potential customers by establishing relationships and building strong rapport Creates value by providing quality customer service in every call performed by applying phone ethics, principles and standards. Informs clients of products and/or service or add-ons that may or may not have been considered previously (up selling) Evaluates and responds to client inquiries and concerns properly and accurately (i.e. billing, finances, products etc.)
- 18 years of age and up
- At least 2 years in college or completed 72 units
- Excellent English communication skills
- With or without work experience
- *High school graduates with at least 6 months call center experience handling international accounts are welcome to apply.
